We're redefining flight training as a gateway to freedom—not just as a skill, but as a lifestyle. Through modern design, tech-forward aircraft, and unforgettable experiences, we're creating an aviation brand for explorers, achievers, and the next generation of pilots.
Why should you fly with us?
Empowering all future aviators in a fun and welcoming environment!
Vision
We envision a future where aviation is more accessible, adventurous, and skilled.
- Accessibility: Lowering costs with tailored membership options, better education outreach, and more scholarship opportunities.
- Adventure: Connecting people with the fun of flying. Exploring new destinations. Experiencing things that most people have never done.
- Skill: A skilled pilot is a safe pilot. Safety is built through proficiency. The more you fly, the better you become — and the best training creates the best pilots.
Mission 2026
To build an exceptional flight training experience at Aurora State Airport and establish it as the premier hub for aviation education in the Portland area.
How we accomplish this:
- Integrating the best flight programs into one cohesive operation.
- Bringing modernized MOSAIC-ready airplanes online.
- Offering a complete training pathway—from Private Pilot to Professional Pilot—so students can build every certification and experience they need in one place.
- Creating pathways for recreational pilots who fly for freedom, exploration, and the adventure of the Pacific Northwest.
Core values
- Excellence With Edge: We uphold rigorous safety and training standards while injecting creativity, personality, and passion into every program.
- Purpose-Driven Training: Every lesson is designed with intention—whether for a career, personal growth, or the sheer joy of flight. We teach with a sense of mission, not just milestones.
- Community Over Competition: We foster a culture where instructors, students, and aviation enthusiasts support each other. Everyone here is part of something bigger—pushing the industry forward together.
- Elevate Others: Whether it's a first solo or a future CFI's debut, we celebrate wins and pass on wisdom. We lift as we climb.
